Sauerkraut Avocado Dip
Quick and easy to make, this Sauerkraut Avocado dip is delicious and is filled with probiotics. Enjoy it with crackers, toast, or vegan lentil balls.
Ingredients
1/2 Avacado
1/4 c. Sauerkraut
1 tbs. Olive oil
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbs. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Salt, or to taste
1/4 c. Water
Red chili flakes for garnish (Optional)
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients (except red chili peppers) in the blender until smooth.
2. Sprinkle with red chili peppers if you like it spicy and enjoy!
