Probiotic Dip
Healthy dip, filled with natural probiotics.
Ingredients
3tbs Tahini
1 Clove of garlic or 1tbs Garlic powder if you find garlic taste too overwhelming
3/4C Fermented veggie brine, such as brine from Sauerkraut
4 tbs Olive oil
1tbs Oregano
1tsp Honey
A pinch of Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
2. Transfer into a container and store in the fridge.
Consume within 5 days.
