Ingredients – Icing

1/4 c. Soaked cashew nuts
4 tbs. Orange juice
1 tbs. Honey or maple syrup
1 tbs. Coconut oil
1 tbs. Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

Instructions

1. In a food processor blend rolled oats until they are turned into fine flour.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. If your mixture is too dry, add a table spoon or two of orange juice (or milk).
3. Your mixture should now be sticky enough to be formed into balls.
4. Take out silicone donut moulds and place the mixture into the moulds.

Silicone Donut mould

Use the smallest donut moulds possible because these donuts are loaded!

5.You can also first put sprinkles at the bottom of the donut mould before putting the mixture in.
6. Place the donuts into the fridge for about 2 hours to set, or in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, combine all the icing ingredients until smooth. Don’t make it too runny.
8. Take the donuts out of the fridge/freezer once ready and pop them out. 9. Decorate however you like them with icing and/or extra sprinkles.

Store in the fridge for 5 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
