Basic Instructions for Tilapia

1. Squeeze lemon juice all over raw Tilapia fillets and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor toss almonds, spices (such as chili, paprika, garlic powder, basil, oregano and/or black pepper) and salt.
3. Pulse until everything is well combined and almonds are crushed just enough before they turn into small chunks but not flour.
4. Cover tilapia fillets with the above almond “crumbs”
5. Bake at 400F for about 16 minutes.
